Module 1

Your image is the rock and foundation of your business. Your reputation, the reason customers will buy from you and continue to buy from you, rests on your ability creating a positive image. Your image will not only establish what your company presents to the outside world, but also form a culture that attracts like-minded individual. Use your image to guide your decisions, promote your company, develop creditability, and even gaining customer loyalty. In this module we’ll work on creating the foundation for your image.

Module 2

With businesses starting everyday, it’s easy to get lost in an oversaturated market. Entrepreneurs often wonder if they’re business is viable, because so many others are in the same industry. The answer is YES. If customers are buying similar products, there is room for you. Sometimes it’s not so much the product, but the presentation that leads to the sale. In this module, you’re going to stake a claim. Carve out a slice of the pie just for you. Once you know you’re entry point, you can squeeze your way in and dominate your section of the industry.

Module 3

A lot of entrepreneurs promote their business to everyone and hope they’ll catch a few clients along the way. It’s expensive and ineffective… kind of like throwing spaghetti a wall and seeing what sticks. An alternative approach is to focus on the clients we want to attract. The stars. The best of the best. Rather than being satisfied with whatever comes our way, you’re going to go for the gold and build the client base that leaves you satisfied. In this module, we'll focus on getting to know your customers, so you can maximize your efforts.

Module 4

Chances are, you’re not reinventing the wheel. You will have competition, and the competition is working hard to gain your potential customers. For those who don’t think you have competition, you’re wrong. If you’ve invented an innovative product or service to deal with a problem, I guarantee your potential customers had their own solutions before you came around. Those solutions may have been less convenient than your solution, but they have solutions. This module addresses the competition, so you bring your company to the forefront.

Module 5

Over 400K businesses start each year in the united states. That makes standing out in a crowd all the more difficult. All the work you’ve accomplished in the previous modules comes together here. You’ll identify what makes your product special and why, recognize the characteristics of your target market that make them awesome, and establish your promise to your customers. That is, give them a reason to believe in you. This module, is about making room for your company by effectively positioning your products and/or services in the market.

Module 6

Regardless of the size of your business, there’s only so much time and money to go around. As your business grows, you’ll likely find yourself making tough choices. That holds true for marketing. When it comes to marketing, you have a few options: Fast, Good, and Cheap. You can have two of the three, but not all three at once. In this module, you’ll create a marketing budget, so you can determine how to use the money and times you have most effectively.

Module 7

Inbound marketing. Outbound marketing. There’s a lot of talk these days around the two approaches, but which one is best for your business. Well, each has its place in a marketing strategy. The right mixture of both inbound and outbound methods can help your company gain momentum, as well as attract long-term residual traffic to your business. In this module, we’ll explore the different marketing techniques you can use to grow your business and identify the ones that will be the most effective for your company.

Module 8

All the research gathering and preparation you’ve completed so far is beneficial for strategizing. However, it all goes to waste without a detailed plan. Here is where you formulate your action plan, starting with S.M.A.R.T. Goals. That is, goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Sensitive. From there, you’ll address obstacles you may encounter, create action steps, and set milestones for your marketing strategy. Upon completion of this module, you’ll have a marketing strategy ready for implementation.

Module 9

A catch phrase going around these days is “Content is King.” Whether you’re using inbound vs outbound strategies or online vs offline tactics in your marketing, that saying holds true. Being able to effectively get your message to your potential customers and in a relatable way is key to attracting their interest, and ultimately their business. That’s why in this module, you’ll learn how to put together powerful messages that sell.

Module 10

By now, you have all the tools you need to implement your marketing strategy. However, you marketing strategy doesn’t end at implementation. In fact, implementation is only the beginning of the actual marketing. You will need to monitor your marketing strategy for effectiveness. You may find the need to address issues not producing a return on your time and/or money investment and refine your processes to achieve better results. This module will walk you through the steps of reviewing, troubleshooting, and refining your marketing strategy.
